Shipping Policy
We ship most orders within 7 business days. If an item is listed as a pre-order, please check its product description for the estimated shipping window.
After you place an order, you’ll first receive a confirmation email — this is your proof of purchase and includes your order number, which we can reference if you have any questions.
When your order is packed and on its way, you’ll get a separate email with your tracking number, so you can follow the delivery progress in real time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
International Orders
We currently ship worldwide (unless noted otherwise on a product page). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We do not issue refunds or replacements for shipments lost or damaged in transit.
For extra protection, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout (optional, additional charge). If you purchase this insurance, please refer to Route’s policy for details on how to file a claim in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
